• We do not control the content broadcast by third-party radio stations.
• When a user plays a radio stream, their browser connects directly to the third-party broadcaster's server — the audio data does not pass through our servers.
• We do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform copyrighted works.
• We provide station metadata (names, genres, countries, stream URLs) sourced from publicly available APIs for informational and discovery purposes only.

Despite this, we take copyright concerns seriously. If you believe that any content accessible through our website infringes upon your copyright, we will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted work has been infringed upon through content accessible on our website, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

4. Counter-Notification Process

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users or accounts that are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the access of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
